We can supply gifts and favors for large parties, trade shows, special events, and holiday gift lists. Baskets and gift items are available for employee recognition, good will gesture, thank you, get well, and all occasions! We can also customize, monogram, or use a particular company logo if needed. For large orders, please call in advance to ensure that all items are on-hand and available. Payment Methods:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We understand that some may feel uncomfortable about sending credit information over the internet, and you may fax or phone your order in. Prepayments using business checks and money orders (payable to Wit's End Gift Baskets) are also accepted based upon credit approval. We also offer corporate billing with a completed credit application. Please contact us and we will fax or mail the application to your business.
Sales Tax:
The applicable 9% sales tax will be added to items shipped within the state of IL. Taxes will not be charged for shipments outside of IL. Substitutions:
Due to the high demand of quick turn around orders, we reserve the right to substitute individual products. It is important to us that our baskets are completed with the highest quality and care, but on occasion substitutions may occur of greater or equal value for a particular item. Returns/Exchanges:
If there is a problem with quality of a basket or its contents, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may work to resolve the problem. Do not send products back without first notifying us of the problem. In the event that we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction, we do offer full or partial refund of the product cost (excludes shipping) on a case-by-case basis. In order for a refund to occur, the products involved must be returned so that we may evaluate the problem. Shipping:
Shipping costs are in addition to the prices listed for each particular basket or gift item. We must have full street addresses (including company name, suite number, apartment number when applicable). At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a second shipping fee upon their return to us. All items are shipped via UPS Ground service. Shipping charges vary by basket size, destination, and dimentional weight. UPS selects dimensional weight in determining your charge for all AIR services including 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. We can also ship via Federal Express or Airborne Express using your Third Party account number. For packages containing fresh products, such as food items, you must select one or two day shipping. We can not be responsible for heat-damaged products if you choose a shipping method that will take longer. At this time, we are able to ship to US addresses. If you have an order for shipment outside of the US, please call for consideration.
